- She loves to say Mama. She says it all the time now which is totally fine with me but Joey wants her to say Dada. Hey he got almost 5 months of it before Mama:)
- She loves to hug and give kisses. She loves all of her stuffed animals. Her favorites include Giffy her giraffe from the Houston Zoo and Lucky her Care Bear. She also likes her baby dolls. When she gets her hands on either of these, it means a face full of kissess and now she pats their backs like giving them a hug:).
- She sure loves her parents. Kissess are given often around our house and she thinks it is funny when Daddy sneaks Mommy a kiss too!
- She SLEEPS through the night. So it only took 9 1/2 months but she is sleeping through the night. We got the ok from the doctor that she does not need a feeding in the middle of the night so that meant that she had to start crying it out. She still occasionally will wake up but we do not go in anymore and she eventually puts herself back to sleep. It has been a break through!
- She loves her blocks. We are working on putting them in the correct place but right now she likes to take them out of the box and throw them across the room:)
- She continues to eat anything. She loves eating "big" people food but continues to eat some baby food. Her routine is fruit in the morning, veggies at lunch, and a meat/veggie meal at dinner
- She is learning what is on people's face. She can point to noses, eyes, ears, and mouth. She thinks it is funny to try to find your teeth too:)
- She is still army/rowing crawling. She gets up on all 4's and rocks but that is about it. She also has taken up to 8 steps. Her favorite game is to walk from Joey to me. She laughs the whole time she is practicing her walking steps.
We can't wait to see what next month brings!
