She is finally getting over her congestion and feeling a little better. She is about 95% and breathing a lot better. On Friday we headed to the MU Athletic Dept annual picnic. The picnic is usually at Mike Alden's farm each year but this year it was held at the Southwest Swim Club. Everyone enjoyed the pool, sand volleyball court, shuffleboard, and the perfect weather. Sienna did a fabulous job! She was held the whole time because there were so many people who wanted to hold her:) We decided on Friday night to move her into her own room to see how she does. Since it is a long weekend, I would rather try to tackle this with Joey's help. We moved her bassinet into her room and put her to bed around 8:25. She did a GREAT job!!! She woke up around 12:45 and 3 to eat and slept this morning until 9!! We are very happy that she is doing well at night and we are crossing our fingers that she will start sleeping through the night soon:)
Today we have just been running errands and hanging out as a family! We headed to the NICU today so that the weekend nurses could meet her. The NICU is still super busy and want me to come back soon! While we were at the NICU, we decided to weigh Sienna to see how much she is weighing these days. This big girl weighed in at 10lbs. 11 oz!!! That is an increase of 21oz in 17 days!!! aWe then headed to Sam's to get some stuff. We are looking forward to a great dinner and then we are going to watch the MU softball game tonight. As you can see Sienna does not miss many meals.
