Well last night was Election Night 2008. Joey and I headed to the polls yesterday to cast our ballots. We decided to have Pizza Night at home. I made some homemade pizza and then we watched a movie early so we would be done just in time to see the results. I stayed up late and watched the news and all the speeches.
No matter who you voted for, I felt for the first time in a long time that America was actually being patriotic. Everyone went out and made their voice heard by voting. Last night was an historical night and I am just glad that Joey and I were part of it.
