It is officially ours!

This morning we closed on the lot we bought at Old Hawthorne last week. We wanted to get it done before Sienna arrives in a few days. The best part of the deal was that now that we own a lot we have a Social Membership at the Club. This includes the clubhouse and pool!!! Yes, now I will have somewhere that Sienna and I can go this summer to swim (not that I am getting in a bathing suit anytime soon)!! I told the guy at the bank that this might be some of the best news I have gotten in months:) After we left the bank, I told Joey we needed to go and get some sparkling juice and go toast our big pile of dirt and grass that we now own!
