Today was our latest doctor's appointment. Sienna will be 8 weeks tomorrow!!! She weighed in at 11 lbs. 5 oz and was 22 inches long. That is an increase of 2 inches in height and 1 lb 15 oz in weight from our last visit. She is in the 25% for her height and 50% of her weight. Dr. Drass says that she looks great! Since it was her 2 month old checkup, this meant it was immunization time too. Sienna got 6 immunizations today but that only meant 3 shots since some were combinations and 1 was orally. She did great and only cried a little bit (Mommy almost started to cry too!)
We also met with our Parents as Teachers. She gave us some really good information about what we can expect from Sienna at this age and also some activities we can do to help her developmentally.
